## Questions about plans

### How do I pay for a plan?

In AChat's own checkout, on the web. Choose a plan, transfer the amount by bank using the reference the checkout shows, then send your payment request. The AChat team matches each payment to its reference by hand, and this page shows your plan as waiting until then.

### What does Free include?

Everyday messaging, with no end date: personal chats, groups, communities and anonymous rooms. Paid plans raise the allowances shown on each card.

### What happens when a paid plan ends?

You move back to Free. Nothing is deleted, everything stays readable and you keep messaging. Until you're back under Free's limits, you can't upload files to a chat that's over its limit or keep another room.

### Can the person paying for a Team / Family plan read my messages?

No. A Team / Family plan doesn't give the person paying access to members' messages, chats or locations. They manage seats, and that's all.
